We recommend you allow at least 3 menstrual cycles to become familiar with insertion, removal and the general use of a menstrual cup. A Lunette menstrual cup may not be the menstrual solution for everyone. You will not be provided with a refund if you purchase a menstrual cup and find it is not working for you. Our 'How to' section on the information website www.intheflow.co.nz provides lots of hints and tips to help you become a Lunette pro.
